Terms of payment
Your use of www.medspa.bg, hereinafter referred to as ‘the site”, constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, understood and accepted our terms of payment, as follows:
Services. Way of offering. Prices.
MEDSPA BG is a facilitator of medical treatment and medical SPA services. The type of the organized trip with the aim of a medical treatment, medical check-up or medical SPA program, the details on the specific travel arrangements, accommodation, medical program and additional medical services chosen by the client, including prices are documented by a Service Agreement between MEDSPA BG and the Client/Patient with an annex about the respective medical treatment, medical check-up or Medical SPA program.
Payment terms
Payment of the selected medical treatment, medical check-up or medical SPA program can be paid online via bank transfer to the following bank account of MEDSPA BG:

No later than 2 /two/ working days from receiving any payment from the Client/Patient, MEDSPA BG shall issue an invoice /original/ for the payment received and shall send it to the Client/Patient by e-mail.
Cancellation. Indemnification.
In case MEDSPA BG cannot provide the services by the dates agreed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of MEDSPA BG, MEDSPA BG shall be able to make the following changes without the permission of the Client/Patient and the Client/Patient shall agree that these do not represent a significant change of the provisions of the Service Agreement:
- To reschedule the initial consultation at the clinic/medical centre/medical SPA hotel, but with no more than +24 hours;
- To reschedule the starting time of the selected medical treatment, medical check-up or medical SPA program, but with no more than +24 hours;
- To change the hotel to another hotel of the same category or higher, of the same conditions of accommodation and the same board basis;
- To make changes in the sequence of performance of the separate elements of the program.
In the cases above mentioned, MEDSPA BG shall not be liable to the Client/Patient and shall not have to pay any compensations or indemnifications.
MEDSPA BG shall accept claims by the Client/Patient only in writing or other appropriate form, including fax, electronic mail or other technical device, which makes possible their duplication. Claims by the Client/Patient with respect to the medical treatment, medical check-up or medical SPA program carried out in the clinic/medical centre/medical SPA hotel shall be accepted only when the respective claim was expressed and documented by the Client/Patient on the spot in the clinic/medical centre/medical SPA hotel and has not been satisfied.
MEDSPA BG shall not be held responsible by the Client/Patient for the medical outcome of the medical treatment/medical check-up/medical SPA program performed at the clinic/medical centre/medical SPA hotel.
MEDSPA BG shall not be responsible for damages, injuries and accidents during the stay of the Client/Patient, where these have occurred due to force majeure. The Client/Patient shall not be responsible for damages, losses or lost profits incurred by MEDSPA BG, where these have occurred due to force majeure. Circumstances such as catastrophes, floods, fires, earthquakes and others beyond the effective control of the parties hereto shall be considered as force majeure.
